Welcome to Purrsuit (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Purrsuit mobile application (“App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age permitted in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
License to Use the App

App Functionality and Local Data Storage
The App is a minimalist habit-tracking application that helps users build and maintain daily habits through gamified visual rewards. All task data is saved locally on your device. We do not store your personal habit or task data on our servers.
User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the App.
Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the App and its content, including trademarks, graphics, visual rewards, animations, and code, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
