Welcome to Work Hour (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Work Hour mobile application (“App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age permitted in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your compatible device.
App Functionality and iCloud Sync
The App allows users to track work hours, generate reports, and save data. Syncing data via iCloud is optional and requires that you be signed into iCloud on your device. iCloud is provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s own terms.
Advertising
The App contains advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob). You acknowledge that ads may be displayed and that these may affect your experience. We do not control the content of third-party ads.
User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the App.
Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the App and its content, including trademarks, graphics, app data, and code, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works unless expressly permitted.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Any issue arising from your use of third-party services such as iCloud.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages;
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill;
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date accordingly.
